– when you lost it,
– describe the object you have left,
– tell the manager what you want them to do with it.

⇨ Write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to report a recent incident where I left a valuable item on one of your trains. I believe it happened during my journey on the 3562A from Kathmandu to Jaynagar on 25 April 2023.

The item I left behind is a black leather wallet having several important documents, including my identification card, credit cards, and some cash. The wallet also holds sentimental value to me as it was a gift from my late grandfather.

I kindly request your assistance in locating and securing this lost wallet. If it has been found and turned in to the Lost and Found department, I would appreciate it if you could hold it for safekeeping until I can arrange to collect it. I am willing to provide any necessary identification or proof of ownership.

Please inform me as soon as possible about the status of my lost wallet. You can reach me at the contact details provided above.

Hoping for your prompt attention to this issue.

Yours faithfully,

Dhruba Bohara
