I wish that you enjoyed your vacation in Landon. I am writing this letter to say sorry for your laptop which I borrowed when you were going on holiday. Somehow, it’s screen has gone blank and nothing is visible, not sure what has happened. However, I believe that Laptop is powering on.
I found the problem after returning from my official training which held out of town for two days. Undoubtedly, it is my younger brother who may has done this. He was using the laptop without my permission and he admitted that it was his mistake. Though, it may have not become worse if he did not try to fix the condition.
Additionally, I am still investigating about the exact damage. I will be calling computer engineer to repair your laptop tomorrow. even if, I can find the issue. I can assure, you will see your laptop soon in new look.
I hope that you will accept my apology.
