Dear Mr. James,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing since moving into your apartment at Damak, which I have rented on 12th March. The problem pertains to disturbances caused by my neighbors.

The main issue is the excessive noise from neighboring apartments, particularly during late evenings and early mornings. This has been affecting my ability to enjoy a peaceful living environment and has disrupted the daily routines too.

I have tried speaking with my neighbors to resolve the matter amicably, but with no success. I have also taken steps such as using earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones, but these measures only offer a temporary solution.

Ensuring a tranquil living environment is crucial for the well-being and satisfaction of all tenants, and I believe your intervention can help resolve this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could communicate with the neighbors responsible for the disturbances and remind them of the importance of maintaining a peaceful living environment for all tenants.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Mathur Dahal
