Dear Sir,
My name is Mahendra Subba, and I am planning a holiday in Pokhara, Nepal with my family. I am writing to make a reservation for a hotel room at your establishment for 4 people, for a stay from 5th Jan to 7th Jan 2023.
We would be four in number, my wife, my two children aged 3 and 5 and I. During our stay, we plan to explore the local attractions and enjoy the culinary delights of the area. Therefore, we require a comfortable and well-appointed room with lake-view rooms. Since my elder son has an allergy to smoke, I would like to stay in a non-smoking unit. Also, I would also like to know of the sightseeing tours that your hotel organises for its customers.
