Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your response regarding my application to City College. I had applied for the Business Management course, which unfortunately has reached full capacity.
The main reason I was keen to enrol in Business Management is because it directly aligns with my career aspirations. I am currently working as a junior executive in a local firm, and this course would provide me with the managerial and strategic knowledge required to advance into leadership roles.
I appreciate your suggestion of taking the Marketing diploma instead. While it is an interesting subject, it does not fully cover the broader aspects of management such as finance, operations, and organisational behaviour, which are essential for my long-term career goals.
Therefore, I would prefer to be placed on the waiting list for the Business Management programme. If a seat becomes available, I would be willing to join immediately. In the meantime, I am also considering applying for the next intake so that I do not miss the opportunity altogether.
Thank you for your understanding.
Yours faithfully,
Rajesh Mehta
