Dear Mr. Johnson,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Anil Sharma, and I recently moved into the apartment next door to yours on Maple Street. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have noticed regarding the disposal of garbage in our shared area.
Over the past two weeks, I have observed that rubbish bags are often left outside the designated bins. As a result, the area has started to smell unpleasant, and stray animals have been scattering the waste around the compound. This not only creates an unhygienic environment but could also pose health risks for the residents, especially the children who play nearby.
To resolve this, I suggest that all residents place their garbage securely inside the bins provided, rather than leaving bags on the ground. Additionally, it might be useful if we requested the council to increase the frequency of garbage collection, as the current schedule seems insufficient for the number of families living here.
I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness in our neighborhood. Together, I am confident we can keep our surroundings safe and pleasant for everyone.
