Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to provide feedback on the current state of the tourist facilities in our town, which I recently had the opportunity to visit with some friends. While it is encouraging to see the growing number of visitors, I was disappointed by the overall condition of the amenities provided for them.

To begin with, the public restrooms near the central park are poorly maintained and lack basic hygiene. In addition, the information boards around the heritage sites are either outdated or difficult to read due to fading text. Furthermore, there are very few seating areas and shelters, which makes it inconvenient for tourists, especially elderly visitors and families with children.

In my opinion, these issues could be resolved through regular cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, replacing old information boards with updated, digital ones, and installing more benches and shaded areas. The addition of a tourist help desk at the main square would also greatly improve the overall experience for visitors.

Improving these facilities is vital because tourism plays a significant role in our local economy. Well-maintained services not only leave a positive impression on visitors but also encourage them to recommend our town to others, thereby attracting more tourists in the future. This, in turn, will benefit local businesses and create more job opportunities for residents.
