First of all, I believe that job satisfaction can bring people a sense of satiating and fulfillment, something that money can not buy. Besides, even if a person earns the ultimate salary but his or her conscience does not agree with what they are doing, they will always feel tense, stressed, irritated, drained, tired, and most importantly, they will not be able to enjoy their life. That is why is extremely important to choose a profession that makes one happy instead of counting the number of zeros in a paycheque.
