Ans: it is an undeniable fact that modern houses are far different from the houses in ancient days both in it’s infrastructure and efficiency. Some people claim that new houses in the local areas ought to be built as likely as the older houses, while others contradict with this view by saying that people should be allowed to build houses according to their personal choices. I feel that people should have the permission to build houses as per their wish as modern houses have lots of merits than houses in older fashion.
On the one hand, permission to build houses as per the owner’owner’s choice will offer so many benefits. First of all, modern houses are more utilitarian for the people. In this technology based era, a plenty of materials are available which will make the house the strongest as well as long lasting. In addition to this, people use some techniques to make the house more energy efficient. To exemplify; solar panels will reduce the use of electricity and some technologies will use to prevent short circuit and fire. While older houses are built as more spacious, modern houses will seek efficiency instead of space and it will be easy handle. On the top of that, local authority should be responsible to give respect to human rights. People pay tax when they build anew house therefore they should be permitted to build house in styles whatever they want.
On the other hand, older house construction styles are more eco friendly than modern houses. In the past houses were single storied and which spreads a vast amount of land. Due to this, that building styles require less earth drills to make the house strong. Moreover, old houses were more suitable for the over all development ofchildren as these houses have lots of space and courtyard. As a result, children can experience the nature so that they can gain lots of skills, bt if all houses are built in same way, it will owing to loss of natural diversity
In conclusion,eventhough older style houses are more nature friendly, modern houses will have a number of advantages like energy efficiency, strength, long lasting and so on. While considering the merits of modern houses, people should be permitted to build houses as they wish
