Terms and Conditions for Applicants: AlwaysIELTS IELTS Mock Test
Thank you for your interest in the IELTS Mock Test with alwaysielts. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions before you participate in the mock test.
- Purpose of the Mock Test: The IELTS Mock Test is designed solely for practice purposes to help you prepare for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. The scores obtained in this mock test do not hold any official value and will not be used for any formal assessment or certification.
- Registration Confirmation: Your registration for the IELTS Mock Test is subject to verification and confirmation of the information provided during the registration process. The first email that you receive is “pre-confirmation” and cannot be used as a decisive conversation for the mock test. alwaysielts reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion based on the violation of conditions(11) and code of conduct (6). A final “confirmation” mail with the e-pass for the test day can only guarantee your seat for the test. For paid candidates, this is sent only after the payment verification. For the paid format, alwaysielts should receive your payment at least one day ahead (before 2 PM) of the test day.
- Mock Test Details: The exact date, time, and venue of the IELTS Mock Test will be communicated to you after your registration has been confirmed. Please ensure you arrive at the designated venue 10-15 mins earlier.
- Identification Requirements: You must present a photo identification document (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) or its copy on the day of the mock test for verification purposes (the one that you uploaded during registration should be the same). Failure to provide valid identification may result in your exclusion from the mock test.
- Test Format and Materials: The IELTS Mock Test will follow a format similar to the official IELTS exam. All necessary test materials will be provided by alwaysielts, and you are not allowed to bring any personal items, study materials, or electronic devices into the test venue except a pencil, sharpener, and eraser. You will take the Listening, Writing and Reading test on the same day. Your speaking exam will be scheduled by alwaysielts.
- Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, disruptive behavior, or violation of test rules will lead to immediate disqualification, and appropriate action may be taken.
- Mobile phones/books/bags are not allowed in the examination hall.
- Possession of mobile phones during an examination is not allowed
- Once the seating arrangement is done, you can not change it
- Take the respective seat 10 minutes before the examination
- Gossiping/talking will not be allowed in the examination hall. In case of repeated acts, the student will be expelled from the examination
- Students found cheating in the examination hall, will be banned from future registrations
- Student misbehavior with faculty members/supervisors will be banned from future registrations
- Exchange of pens / pencils / drawing instruments/calculators, tables, are not allowed
- Do not write anything on tables and question paper except the roll number on the question
- Temporary absence from the examination hall will not be allowed. In case of emergency conditions, students can leave the examination hall after submission of the answer book.
- In case of any grievances regarding the question paper, students can discuss with concerned faculty member
- Results and Feedback: After the IELTS Mock Test, alwaysielts will provide scores on your modules, without including feedback (Free Test) or including areas of strength and areas for improvement (Paid Test). These results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered an official indication of your potential IELTS exam score. Your results will be available within 3 days of your speaking exam. For the score to be published, you must attend all tests.
- Liability: alwaysielts and its staff will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a smooth and secure test administration. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the mock test or while traveling to and from the test venue.
- Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ Refund: alwaysielts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the IELTS Mock Test in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered. Refunds are made/ can be claimed only in case of your inability to attend because of the alternatives provided.
- Privacy Policy: By registering for the IELTS Mock Test, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the mock test and providing feedback.
- Modification of Terms: AlwaysIELTS Online reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

- Failure to attend the Test without Unregistration will dismiss (for 30 days) you from taking your next test.
- Your registration will be canceled if you register for your second Free Mock Test breaching the 15-day interval (Free Mock Tests are done twice a month at the interval of 15 days).
- For Silver Members, your registration will be declined automatically if you have already taken four tests a month.

- Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted before the specified deadline mentioned in the vacancy posting. Late applications will not be considered.
- Application Content: a. Applicants are responsible for providing all required information and documentation as indicated in the vacancy posting. b. Plagiarism, false information, or misrepresentation of credentials in the application will result in immediate disqualification.
- Communication: All communication regarding the vacancy, including updates, interview invitations, and notifications, will be sent to the contact email provided in the application. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact information is accurate and accessible.
- Interview and Selection: a. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. Not being contacted does not imply that your application was unsuccessful. b. The selection process may involve multiple rounds of assessment, including interviews, written tests, or presentations, as specified in the vacancy posting.
