IELTS Listening Sample 45: Cambridge Book 12 Test 1

IELTS Listening Sample 45 is taken form Cambridge IELTS Book 12 Test 1. You may use this test as your mock test for listening or as a preview of Cambridge Book 12 test 1 before you decide to buy the book.

  1. Download the answer sheet from here and print it. If printing is not possible then you can use any sheets with box/space numbered 1 to 40. Click Here for PFD
  2. Use this page as your virtual question booklet.
  3. Start the test by playing the audio file.
  4. After the end of listening, use the timer to transfer your answer to answer sheet.
  5. After the timer shows 10 minutes, use the link to check your answer.

Youtube shows you only a small portion of the test within a fixed screen which is auto-synchronized with the audio file due to which navigation for the answer becomes more easier. Whereas, in IELTS real test you have to scroll throughout the question booklet to find the answer. According to our research, a student usually performs 20% less in real exam than in youtube.
