SAMPLE ANSWER 1
It was during my stint at a major IT company few years back that I met a woman who I still remember as one of the well dressed out of all. She was my senior at the office and when everyone else was tensed about silly things she made sure that she carried herself with amazing awe.
She would usually wear Indian formals to the office and her eyes always carried the Kohl which made her so much more approachable. There were although times when she wore Western but she made sure that it was always in accordance to the office environment. Her hair used to be properly done and her shoes were never in a fit of rage with her legs.
I remember on asking her why she enforces everyone to dress well. On that, she answered, that no matter what is going on if you don’t dress well for the situation, you lose it by 50% straight. Later in life, I realized she was right.
SAMPLE ANSWER 2
Out of many that I have met during my professional days, I clearly remember my senior at a company as the most well-dressed person. When I was a System Engineer at the office, he was around ten years senior to me and I would often reach out to him for help on a business perspective.
He had been working on many technologies and although he could not answer every silly question of mine, he made sure that I reach to the answer. He would always wear formals to office, although casuals were allowed. His smile I would say was the most striking thing about his personality.
No matter how many big issues came he dealt with them in the most calm manner he could do. I recollect asking him why he never wore casuals to office when it is allowed. On that, he answered that when you dress well, you almost win the fight and then all that is required is the work, which you already know.
