Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide tailored guidance to students, helping them improve their Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills. You will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their target band scores, while maintaining an engaging and motivating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group IELTS preparation sessions across all modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).

• Design customized lesson plans based on each student’s current level and target band.

• Provide detailed feedback on student submissions, including writing tasks and speaking practice.

• Administer and evaluate mock tests to track student progress.

• Develop supplementary learning materials such as worksheets, practice exercises, and tips guides.

• Maintain records of student performance and provide regular progress reports.

• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and scoring criteria.

• Encourage a supportive and interactive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Certified IELTS instructor or equivalent teaching experience preferred.

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and academic writing standards.

• Proven experience teaching IELTS students with measurable improvements in band scores.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom tools.

• Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
