Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is being written to you in regards to my appointment with your bank that , unfortunately I could not make it this time due to some family issue.

I Manvir Kaur have booked a meeting with you for 10 November at 10 am . It was regarding the home loan scheme. My meeting was with Mr Verma from the home loan department. I would like to tell you that I am not able to attend this discussion as my grandfather got a heart attack and he is admitted to the Intensive care unit in the hospital.

In this situation , I could not able to think of something else apart from their health. I really want to discuss my home loan options with you as my plan for buying a house is fixed. It would be nice of you if you could defer our meeting till next month . Then, I will be free from all personal matters.

I hope you will understand my plight. Sorry for causing you any inconvenience .
