Dear Patrick,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to explain a few details about your stay at my home while I am away.

Firstly, regarding the keys, I have arranged for my neighbour, Mr. Smith, to hand them over to you upon your arrival. He lives next door and will be expecting you, so you should have no trouble collecting them.

Regarding the electrical appliances, the kitchen equipment is straightforward to use. The microwave and oven have clearly labeled buttons, and the washing machine operates on a simple one-touch program. Please remember to switch off all devices after use for safety.
