Dear James,
I hope this letter finds you well. It feels like just yesterday that we were exploring the streets of Edinburgh together, even though a few weeks have already passed since I returned home to India. I often look back on the walking tour of the Old Town and the evening we spent at the traditional music festival, both were unforgettable moments, and I am truly glad to have met you on that trip.
While sorting through my travel memories, I realised that I hardly took any photographs myself, as you were the one with the professional camera. Your shots of the castle at sunset and the group pictures along Arthur’s Seat were particularly stunning, and I would be so grateful if you could share copies with me.
Perhaps the simplest way would be to upload the pictures to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with me. If that is inconvenient, you could also email them directly in smaller batches. I would be happy to cover any mailing or storage costs if necessary.
Thank you once again for your generosity during our trip. I truly hope we can meet again in the future, either here in India or somewhere new.
Warm regards,
Kiran Bogati
