This policy applies to all purchases of digital products, course enrollments, and services made through the Always IELTS website and associated platforms.

1. Digital Products & Service Fulfillment
All materials, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable guides, video content, and online course modules, are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, these purchases are non-refundable once the download link is provided or access is granted.

2. Refund Eligibility for Services
Refund requests for services (such as coaching packages, essay correction credits, or mock tests) are subject to the following strict conditions:

  • A refund request must be submitted via email to hello@alwaysielts.com within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • No refund will be issued for any service or product where a service has been rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, a scheduled coaching session that has taken place, an essay that has been reviewed and returned, or a mock test that has been completed and scored.
  • Services are non-transferable. A purchased service is intended for the use of the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another individual. A refund request based on a desire to transfer a service will not be honored.

3. No Refunds After Service Commencement or 7-Day Period
Absolutely no refunds will be provided:

  • For any reason after the 7-day window from the date of purchase.
  • Once any part of a purchased service has been delivered or utilized (e.g., a coaching session attended, an essay submitted for correction).
  • For dissatisfaction with results, score predictions, or personal outcomes, as these are dependent on individual effort and external testing variables beyond our control.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request
Eligible refund requests must be sent to hello@alwaysielts.com from the email address used for the purchase. The request must include:

  • The order number or transaction ID.
  • The full name used on the order.
  • A clear reason for the refund request.

We will review your request against this policy and notify you of our decision via email within ten (10) business days.

5. Policy Updates
Always IELTS reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
